Here is Nanny's Chicken Soup Recipe - Nicholas' Favorite
Nanny's Chicken Soup
1 chicken 3
or 4 stalks of celery
1 bell pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion
1 3/4 to 2 c. instant rice
Boil chicken in a large pot along with cut up bell pepper, onion, and celery.
Add salt and pepper according to taste. After chicken has cooked, remove it to cool. While chicken cools, reduce
heat on the pot and add the cream of chicken soup and 1 3/4 to 2 cups instant rice depending on how much liquid is in
your pot. De-bone chicken and add it to the soup.
